Address-connected setup

When required, connect a purpose-checked Virtual Office instead of leaving the registered-office decision unresolved.

Membership continuity

Eligible bundled plans can include three-year BizSarthi Business Membership for continuing support and written member benefits.

Compliance handover

Leave the registration journey with a practical filing calendar, next-action checklist and transparent support route.

The exporter identity layer

Obtain IEC first—then build the product, bank and Customs stack around the shipment

IEC identifies the importer / exporter on DGFT systems. It does not automatically complete GST/LUT, ICEGATE, AD Code, FSSAI, APEDA, Spices Board or destination-specific requirements.

1

Match the applicant

Align PAN, constitution, business address, bank account and authorised applicant.

2

File on DGFT

Complete the IEC application, verification and ₹500 Government-fee payment.

3

Activate shipment route

Map GST/LUT, ICEGATE, bank / AD Code and product-authority registrations.

4

Maintain the IEC

Keep the profile current and complete the prescribed electronic confirmation / update.

Before filing

Choose only what your business needs

Selections are carried into the callback and WhatsApp request, so the team can review the exact plan instead of asking you to repeat everything.

State selection creates a dedicated page and identifies the correct stamp, address and local-registration review route.

Import–export roadmap

Build the export stack in the right order

IEC alone may not complete export readiness. Product, bank, Customs, GST/LUT and council registrations are mapped according to the shipment route.

Authority eligibility, portal rules and fees on the filing date prevail. BizSarthi shares the original receipt / acknowledgement generated for the selected filing.
1

1. Build the exporter base

Align entity PAN, bank account, supportable business address, product/service and authorised applicant before the first portal filing.

2

2. Obtain IEC

Apply on DGFT with the ₹500 Government fee, retain the original receipt and keep the IEC profile current through the prescribed annual confirmation/update.

3

3. Map product / council registration

Choose APEDA e-RCMC, FSSAI, Spices Board CRES, Tea Board or the relevant Export Promotion Council only after classifying the main product and exporter category.

4

4. Connect bank & Customs

Map ICEGATE, the authorised-dealer bank, AD Code and the relevant Customs / port location before the planned shipment route.

5

5. Run shipment compliance

Align GST/LUT, invoice wording, shipping documents, product testing, returns, realisation records and destination-specific requirements after registration.
